Key elements from yoga, tai chi, dance, swimming, martial arts and rowing can be found in the Gyrotonic method.
The basic difference to other forms of training is that not two-dimensional, but complex three-dimensional movement sequences are exercised. These are performed spiraling, going in all directions, and harmoniously connected with rhythmic breathing. The Gyrotonic devices provide gentle guidance, so that even completely untrained people can easily and with fun get into the individual movements. What causes GYROTONIC®
Strength, flexibility, coordination and body awareness are improved at the same time. Instead of using muscles in isolation, entire muscle function chains are trained. This promotes the interaction between the different muscles and activates the muscles close to the trunk that are difficult to train.
The body meridians are specifically addressed in order to release blocked energies and reduce stress and tension.
The flowing movements massage the organs and activate the physiological processes in the organism, the metabolism is stimulated.
Involving the entire musculature around the pelvis, the spine is straightened and its flexibility and functional capacity improved.
The body trained according to this system is characterized by more strength and dynamics, more vitality and organic rejuvenation ability as well as the ability to relax mentally and physically better.

Whether as fitness training (preventive) or as gentle development and relief training (rehabilitative), Gyrotonic is suitable for all age and performance groups.
On the basis of the Gyrotonic method, a training program is developed in personal trainer sessions that is individually tailored to you, your body and your goals. Your body is supported by the unique equipment specially developed for this system, which provides supportive resistance without restricting freedom of movement.
A training session lasts 60 minutes. During this time you will receive the full attention and support of the trainer.
As a result, tandem or trio lessons are also possible, ie 2 or 3 people plus a trainer. Here, too, optimal support from the trainers is guaranteed.
After at least 15 hours with a personal trainer, independent training on the Gyrotonic devices is possible.
The training is fun and challenges body and mind in equal measure!
There are two independent options for training with the GYROTONIC® method:
1. With the help of the Gyrotonic devices in personal trainer sessions (later training in small groups possible)
2. Group training without the equipment mentioned GYROKINESIS®.The entry is possible at any time.
