GYROTONIC® Level 1 Teacher Training

In our studio in Munich you have the opportunity to complete the complete training to become a GYROTONIC® trainer.

Master trainer Aline Goeppert was trained by Juliu Horvath and has been teaching training courses in Germany and abroad since 2001.
We also offer many different advanced training courses for already certified GYROTONIC® trainers and regularly invite guest teachers on various topics.

Anyone who is interested in training to become a GYROTONIC® trainer should complete at least 3-5 hours of training beforehand and clarify any open questions regarding the training in a conversation with a pre- or master trainer.

course of the training

  • 1 GYROTONIC® Pre Training

The basic course (pre-training) lasts 6 days and serves to prepare the participant physically for the foundation course. The main focus here is on the correct execution of the exercises from the basic course exercise list and understanding the most important GYROTONIC® principles.

  • 2 GYROTONIC® Foundation

The advanced course (Foundation Training Course) lasts 12 days. The Level 1 material is deepened, supplemented and the participant learns in supervised small groups to guide the exercises from the Level 1 program. The exercises and methodology from this course are used worldwide by Gyrotonic trainers in a wide variety of areas (sports/dance/therapy, depending on their own background). The student receives the level 1 manual as well as dvd material.

  • 3 GYROTONIC® Apprenticeship

The apprenticeship as an intern (apprentice) lasts 6-12 months. During this time, the trainee can already work with clients in order to apply what they have learned under real conditions and thus gain experience in teaching the GYROTONIC® method. During this time, the apprentice must teach for a minimum of 60 hours and complete a 6-day supervision course with a master trainer.

  • 4 GYROTONIC® Final Certification

The certification course (final certification) lasts 3 days and can take place after a successful apprenticeship. After successfully completing this course, you will receive the title of certified GYROTONIC®Trainer Level 1.
