At the beginning sitting on stools, later also in a lying and standing position, all muscles and joints are trained systematically. The movements stimulate the inner organs including the lymphatic system and are connected gently and harmoniously through the use of breathing. Due to the flowing movements, Gyrokinesis is often felt like dancing or swimming in space and not like traditional yoga.
Since all exercises take place without equipment, they can also be used individually at home or, in the case of one-sided working positions at the workplace, for relaxation.
